The Township Council of the Township of Brick does hereby amend § 245-9 of the Township Code of the Township of Brick to adopt the color Zoning Map captioned "Zoning Map of the Township of Brick" dated January 15, 2015, as the Official Zoning Map of the Township of Brick which shall be available for public examination in the Office of the Township Clerk during normal business hours.[1]

A. 
The schedule accompanying Part 2 of this chapter is part of Part 2 of this chapter, and the areas and dimensions presented thereon are minimum areas and dimensions, subject to buffer requirements hereinafter provided for.
B. 
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the chapter, the minimum rear yard setback requirements set forth on said schedule for any principle structure shall be the applicable setback requirements for accessory uses from any property line abutting any body of water with the exception of in-ground swimming pools. In-ground swimming pools shall be subject to the setback requirements set forth in § 245-36.
C. 
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the minimum setback requirement set forth on said schedule shall not be applicable to the location of a deck, as defined herein, along a rear yard or side yard of any principal building in any residential zone.
D. 
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the chapter, the minimum setback on said schedule shall not exceed 35 feet from an abutting body of water for any accessory.
