The approval provisions of Part 4 of this chapter shall be administered by the Township of Brick Planning Board in accordance with Chapter 291 of the Laws of New Jersey 1975 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.) except where ancillary jurisdiction shall apply.
The definitions as set forth in a certain ordinance establishing definitions to be utilized in conjunction with Part 2 (Zoning), Part 3 (Subdivision of Land), and Part 4 (Site Plan Review), of this chapter of the Code of the Township of Brick, which ordinance is intended to be adopted concurrent herewith, are hereby adopted by reference. Said definitions shall be known as § 245-3 of Part 1 of Chapter 245 of the Code of the Township of Brick.
