In accordance with the law of the State of New Jersey, (N.J.S.A. 40:88-3.1)
it is hereby determined that the Borough of Clementon shall pay to its Mayor
and each Councilman a salary in accordance with the maximum as set forth in
the schedule adopted by the Legislature of the State of New Jersey in said
statute.
Said salary shall be paid upon the submission of vouchers in proper
form at the end of each calendar quarter.

The salaries and compensation of all officers and employees of the Borough
of Clementon shall be as set forth in the annual salary ordinance.
A copy of the current salary ordinance shall be kept on file by the
Borough Clerk for the examination and inspection of the public.

All checks upon treasury and bank accounts of the Borough of Clementon
for the purposes of paying salaries and wages for services provided to the
Borough of Clementon by Borough employees shall be signed by the Borough Clerk
or, in her absence, by the Treasurer of the Borough of Clementon.
