It shall be unlawful for any storekeeper, shopkeeper, merchant or any
other person or corporation to encumber or obstruct or to permit to be encumbered
or obstructed the sidewalks in front of or alongside of any place of business
or residence with baskets, barrels, boxes or in any other way or manner; provided,
however, that any person or corporation shall be permitted a reasonable time
to load and unload any commodity, merchandise or other thing of material and
tangible nature on or across the sidewalks in the Borough of Clementon.
