A. 
Parking of motor vehicles shall be prohibited at the following locations within the Borough of Clementon:
(1) 
On either side of Mill Dam Road (also known as Elk Avenue).
(2) 
On the south side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road from Mill Dam Road (also known as Elk Avenue) to Delaware Avenue.
(3) 
On the west side of White Horse Avenue.
(4) 
Along the west side of Erial Road from Evanson Avenue to Chews Landing-Berlin Road.
(5) 
Along the east side of Erial Road from Sitley Avenue to Chews Landing-Berlin Road.
(6) 
Along the east side of White Horse Avenue for a distance of 100 feet from the intersection of White Horse Avenue and Chews Landing-Berlin Road.
(7) 
Along both sides of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road for a distance of 150 feet west of the westerly curbline of U.S. Route 30 (also known as White Horse Pike).
(8) 
Along the south side of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road for a distance of 100 feet east of the easterly curbline of U.S. Route 30 (also known as White Horse Pike).
(9) 
On Barber Avenue between West Atlantic Avenue and Brighton Avenue.

Along the north side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road and from New Freedom Road to Clementon-Gibbsboro Road.
(18) 
Along the westerly side of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road from the north side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road to the south side of Lincoln Avenue.

Along the northerly side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road from the east side of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road eastwardly for a distance of 300 feet.
(20) 
Along the southerly side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road from the east side of Erial Road (cutoff) eastwardly for a distance of 300 feet.

(2) 
Along the westerly side of Brand Avenue from the northerly curbline of U.S. Route 30 (also known as White Horse Pike) to a point 100 feet northwardly therefrom.
(3) 
Along the easterly side of New Freedom Road from the southerly curbline of U.S. Route 30 (also known as White Horse Pike) to a point 190 feet southwardly therefrom.
(4) 
Along the westerly side of New Freedom Road from the southerly curbline of U.S. Route 30 (also known as White Horse Pike) to a point 125 feet southwardly therefrom.
(5) 
Along the westerly side of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road from the north side of Lincoln Avenue to the south side of Garfield Avenue.
(6) 
Along the easterly side of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road from the north side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road to the south side of Garfield Avenue.
(7) 
Along the northerly side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road from the west side of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road westwardly to the east side of West Atlantic Avenue.
(8) 
Along the northerly side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road from the west side of West Atlantic Avenue westwardly to the east side of Brighton Avenue.
(9) 
Along the southerly side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road from the west side of Erial Road (cutoff) westwardly to the east side of Erial Road (also known as Clinton Avenue).
(10) 
Along the westerly side of Erial Road (also known as Clinton Avenue) from the south side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road southwardly to the north side of Princeton Road, and from the south side of Princeton Road southwardly for a distance of 400 feet.
(11) 
Along the easterly side of Erial Road (also known as Clinton Avenue) from the south side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road southwardly to the intersection with the west side of Erial Road (cutoff).
(12) 
Along the westerly side of Erial Road (cutoff) from the south side of Chews Landing-Berlin Road to the intersection with the east side of Erial Road (also known as Clinton Avenue).

C. 
Stopping, standing, or parking of motor vehicles shall be restricted to a maximum of 15 minutes during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily as follows:
(1) 
Along both sides of Garfield Avenue from a point 147 feet west of Blackwood-Clementon Road to a point 240 feet west of Blackwood-Clementon Road.
D. 
The parking of vehicles is limited to two hours at the following locations within the Borough of Clementon:
(1) 
Along the easterly and westerly side of California Avenue from the White Horse Pike for a southerly distance of 165 feet.
E. 
Parking restrictions. Resident parking only is permitted on the following streets during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily, from May 15 through November 1. Violators will be towed.
(1) 
Along the entire length of Park Avenue.
(2) 
On White Horse Road from Clementon-Berlin Road to Gibbsboro Road.
(3) 
Along the entire length of Lake Avenue.
(4) 
Along the entire length of Trout Avenue from Clementon-Berlin Road to Van Horn Avenue.
(5) 
Along the entire length of Godshalk Lane.
(6) 
Along the entire length of Meehan Boulevard.
(7) 
Along the entire length of Roosevelt Avenue.
(8) 
Along the easterly side of Park Boulevard from Gibbsboro Road for a distance of 855 feet.
F. 
Employees of the Borough of Clementon are hereby authorized to erect appropriate signs to effectuate the foregoing provisions of § 281-3A, B and C herein.
G. 
Parking shall be limited to a maximum to two hours at the following locations:
(1) 
Along the east side of Park Boulevard from Berlin Road for a distance of 160 feet.
A. 
The following streets or parts of streets are designated as one-way streets in the directions indicated:
(1) 
Garfield Avenue between Clementon-Gibbsboro Road and Chews Landing-Berlin Road shall be designated a one-way street, south.
(2) 
Wauseon Avenue between Blackwood Road and Princeton Avenue shall be designated a one-way street, south, in the direction from Blackwood Road to Princeton Avenue.

Appropriate employees of the Borough of Clementon are hereby authorized to erect one-way street signs at the hereinbefore-mentioned one-way street areas according to law.

C. 
Elm Avenue - Indian Springs Road and Princeton Avenue. Appropriate stop signs shall be installed on Princeton Avenue.
D. 
Forest Avenue and Carver Avenue. Appropriate stop sign shall be installed on Forest Avenue.
E. 
Birch Road at the intersections of Princeton Road and Indian Spring Road. Appropriate signs to be placed on Birch Road.
F. 
Laurel Road at the intersections of Princeton Road and Cedar Lane. Appropriate signs to be placed on Laurel Road.
G. 
Holly Avenue at the intersections of Princeton Road and Cedar Lane. Appropriate signs to be placed on Holly Road.
H. 
Indian Spring Road at the intersection of Birch Road. Appropriate sign to be placed on Indian Spring Road.
I. 
Indian Spring Road at the intersection of Cedar Lane. Appropriate sign to be placed on Indian Spring Road.

Carver Avenue at the intersection of Naylor Avenue. Appropriate sign to be placed on Carver Avenue.

Silver Lake Drive at Pennsylvania Avenue. This shall be a four-way stop intersection with appropriate stop signs installed at each corner.

Silver Lake Drive at Washington Avenue. This shall be a four-way stop intersection with appropriate stop signs installed at each corner.
P. 
Ohio Avenue at Trout Avenue. This shall be a four-way stop intersection with appropriate signs installed at each corner.
