Borough of Clementon, NJ Article III Traffic Control Signals

§ 281-15 Signals at certain intersections.

A. A traffic control signal shall be installed at the intersection of Clementon-Berlin Road (County Road 534), relocated Erial Road (County Road 703) and Clementon-Gibbsboro Road (County Road 686).

B. A traffic control signal shall be installed at the intersection of Clementon-Gibbsboro Road (County Road 686) and White Horse Avenue (County Road 695).

§ 281-16 Authorization for maintenance and installation.

Traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions of law and shall conform to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by the Department of Transportation.
