No building permit shall issue for any premises
unless the applicant submits to the Construction Official a certification
that all real estate taxes and interest and all liens and penalties
have been fully paid and are current.
No certificate of occupancy shall issue for
any premises unless the applicant submits to the Construction Official
a certification that all real estate taxes and interest and all liens
and penalties have been fully paid and are current.
No land use application shall be listed for
hearing by the Planning Board or Board of Adjustment unless the application
is accompanied by a certification that all real estate taxes and interest
and all liens and penalties have been fully paid and are current.
No liquor license application shall be approved
by the governing body unless the application is accompanied by a certification
that all real estate taxes and interest and all liens and penalties
have been fully paid and are current.
