A. 
The following park and recreation facilities are hereby designated as the official park and recreation facilities in the Township of Little Falls:
(1) 
Memorial Park - Wilmore Road - park and recreation facility.
(2) 
Duva Field - Paterson Avenue - park and recreation facility.
(3) 
Louis Street Park - Louis Street - park and recreation facility.
(4) 
Inwood Park - Long Hill Road - park and recreation facility.
(5) 
Jesse Love Park - Amity Street - park and recreation facility.
(6) 
Savittieri Park - (Railroad Park) - Union Boulevard - Railroad Avenue - park and recreation facility.
(7) 
Suchorsky Park - Island Avenue - park and recreation facility.
B. 
No person shall be permitted in or park any vehicle in any park between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. during the period between May 1 and October 31 inclusive, nor shall any person be permitted in or park between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. during the period between November 1 and April 30, inclusive. The provisions of this section shall not apply to members of the Police Department, park officials or other Township officials or employees while on duty or performing their respective duties, nor shall these provisions apply to any events authorized by the governing body.
A. 
No person shall enter or leave any of the parks except through established entrances.
B. 
No person shall climb upon or in any way cut, break, injure or deface any wall, fence, shelter, statue, turf, tree, shrub or other plant, nor throw stones or other missiles, nor discharge or carry firearms or fireworks, make fires; nor shall any person play any musical instrument, offer or expose articles for sale; post or display any sign, placard or advertisement, solicit business, play games of chance, make any public address or oration; nor utter loud, threatening, abusive or indecent language or commit any indecent or obscene act.
C. 
When necessary for the protection of life or property any and all persons may be required to remove themselves from the parks.
D. 
The governing body, after proper application, may allow the parks to be used for specific nonprofit purposes.
E. 
No person shall enter upon any portion of the lawn or ground within a public park or other public place if notice is given by a sign placed in the park or public place or when notified by a guardian or police officer, not to enter such park.
F. 
No person shall leave or deposit any paper or other waste material except in receptacles provided for that purpose; play any games except at such time and under such regulations as may be designated by the Township or authorized department of the Township; place any booth, stand or structure or station wagon, car or other vehicle in any area unless a permit is obtained; and offer any article for sale, display any advertising device or distribute any commercial circulars or cards.

G. 
No person owning or in charge of any dog shall cause or allow the dog to be present in any park and/or recreational facility within the Township. However, the provisions of this subsection shall not apply to the blind who may use dogs as guides.

H. 
Fees. Fees for recreation programs and facility charges and rentals are listed in Chapter 71, Fees, of the Township of Little Falls.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I.

The Township of Little Falls does hereby specifically prohibit any tobacco use on any recreational facility, including all fields and playgrounds, owned by or leased to the Township of Little Falls. For purposes of this article, "tobacco" shall mean any product that is made from the tobacco plant for the purpose of being smoked, inhaled or chewed by a person, including but not limited to cigars, chewing tobacco, pipe tobacco, snuff and cigarettes in any form. This prohibition includes the use of an electronic smoking device that can be used to deliver nicotine or other substances to the person inhaling from the device, including, but not limited to, an electronic cigarette, cigar, cigarillo, hookah, pipe or any cartridge or other component of the device or related product.
This article shall be enforced by any member of the Police Department of the Township of Little Falls, as well as by recreational employees of the Township of Little Falls.
A violation of this article shall be punishable for each violation with a minimum fine of $50 for each violation.
