Police accident reports shall be deemed to be public records. Any citizen of New Jersey may inspect and copy a police accident report with the supervision of the appropriate Township personnel during regular business hours and days, i.e., 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays and weekends excluded.
