Township of Old Bridge, NJ Article IV Schedule of Fines for Violations of Rules and Regulations Governing County Parks

§ 52-11 Purpose.

This article formally adopts the Schedule of Fines adopted by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders on February 15, 2001, for violations of the Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of County Parks.

§ 52-12 Adoption of County Schedule of Fines.

The Township Council of the Township of Old Bridge hereby formally adopts the Schedule of Fines for Violations of the Rules and Regulations Governing the Use of County Parks as adopted by the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders on February 15, 2001. The Schedule of Fines shall be kept on file with the Township Clerk.
