Editor's Note: This local law provided that it shall
take effect on January 2, 2010, subject to acceptance and filing by
the Secretary of State.
Picnicking or block parties upon any of the streets, avenues
or highways within the Village are hereby prohibited without the approval
of the Board of Trustees subject to any reasonable conditions which
the Board may impose.
