A. 
Unless otherwise specifically provided, the violation of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation or any specific provision or provisions thereof adopted by the Town Board as a part of this Code shall be deemed an offense against such law, ordinance, rule, regulation or provision thereof punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 or imprisonment of not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.[1]

B. 
Each day any such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
