The Tax Collector and the Assessor of the Town
of Chester are hereby authorized to charge fees for the issuance of
duplicate tax receipts, for the performance of tax searches, for the
calculation of tax adjustments and for furnishing lists of property
owners required in connection with Planning Board and Zoning Board
of Appeals hearings. Such fees shall be in an amount approved by resolution
of the Town Board.
