A.
No person shall have, possess, carry or transport any liquor, wine, beer or other alcoholic beverage in an open bottle or other open container, with the intent to consume said alcoholic beverage, while such person is in or upon any public sidewalk, street, land, highway, building, parking lot, park or playground area or other public property or in any vehicle upon such public area or property or public place or in or upon any private property open to the public or in or upon any place of public congregation within the Town of Glenville, except by permit issued as provided by § 84-4.

B.
No person shall drink or otherwise consume any liquor, wine, beer or other alcoholic beverage in or upon any of the aforesaid public areas, property or places within the Town of Glenville, except as provided in Chapter 195, Parks and Recreation, Article II, Park Rules and Regulations, of the Code of the Town of Glenville.[1]
