No bingo game shall be held, operated or conducted on or within any leased premises if rental under such lease is to be paid, wholly or partly, on the basis of a percentage of the receipts or net profits derived from the operation of such game.
The entire net proceeds of any game shall be exclusively devoted to the lawful purposes of the organization permitted to conduct the same.
No single prize shall exceed the sum of $250.
No series of prizes on any one occasion shall aggregate more than $1,000.
No person except a bona fide member of any such organization shall participate in the management or operation of such game.

Licenses shall be issued to qualified applicants by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the provisions of the General Municipal Law, upon payment of a license fee or fees of $10 for each occasion upon which any games of chance are to be conducted under such license. The Board of Trustees, in its discretion, may refuse to issue a license which would authorize the conduct of any such game upon a Sunday. No license or licenses shall be issued for an organization to hold, operate or conduct a game or games oftener than on six days in any one calendar month.
The Board of Trustees, in its discretion, may revoke or suspend any existing license and refuse for such time as it sees fit to grant further licenses to the organization involved or for the use of the premises involved in the event of any violation of the provisions of this chapter or in the event of any failure to maintain order during the conduct of the games.
The unauthorized conduct of a bingo game and any willful violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute and be punishable as a misdemeanor and shall also subject the violator to a penalty of $100 for each offense.
