No person, corporation or association shall
bring into the village any automobile, bus, truck, railroad car or
wheeled vehicle of any description which is capable of being used
for residence, eating or sleeping purposes or for business use and
park or locate same on any highway or public or private lands.
No person, corporation or association shall
bring into the village any airplane, boat, vessel, barge or other
watercraft or aircraft of any description capable of being used for
residence, eating or sleeping purposes or for business use and park
or locate same on any highway or public or private lands other than
a regularly operated boatyard, shopyard or plane base or airport.

A. It shall be a violation of this chapter to park or maintain within
the Village a trailer (i.e., a nonautomotive vehicle designed to be
hauled by road, such as a vehicle for transporting something or a
vehicle designed to serve wherever parked as a temporary dwelling
or place of business), other than an uncovered utility trailer whose
body does not exceed five feet in width and eight feet in length.
B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the temporary use of a trailer as
an office for conducting business activities shall be allowed pursuant
to a permit issued by the Building Department for a period not to
exceed six months, upon a showing of hardship or other good cause,
and upon the payment of a permit fee in an amount established from
time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
C. Any permit so issued may be renewed by resolution of the Board of
Trustees upon a showing of hardship or other good cause, and upon
the payment of a renewal fee in an amount established from time to
time by resolution of the Board of Trustees.

Any person, firm or corporation violating or
failing to comply with any provisions of this chapter shall be fined
not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense, and a separate
offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a
violation occurs or continues.
