The Code Enforcement Officer of the Town of Pawling be and the same hereby is authorized, pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law § 10, Subdivision 4(a), to issue appearance tickets as defined and in conformance with Criminal Procedure Law § 150.10 in order to enforce any provision of the following ordinances or local laws of the Town of Pawling:
A. 
The Chapter 215, Zoning, of the Code of the Town of Pawling.
B. 
The Building Code of the Town of Pawling.
C. 
Chapter 131 of the Code of the Town of Pawling, Littering and Dumping.
D. 
The Fire Prevention Code of the Town of Pawling.
