Pursuant to § 150.20 of the Criminal Procedure Law, the following City officials are hereby authorized to issue appearance tickets, as defined by §§ 1.20 and 150.10 of the Criminal Procedure Law:
A. 
Building Inspector.
B. 
Assistant Building Inspector.
C. 
City Engineer.
D. 
Assistant City Engineer.
E. 
Sanitation Foreman, Public Works Department.
F. 
Tree Foreman, Public Works Department.
G. 
General Foreman, Public Works Department.
H. 
Fire Inspector.
I. 
City Naturalist.
The above City officials shall have authority to issue appearance tickets in relation to their enforcement responsibilities in connection with the following Code provisions:

Building Inspector and Assistant Building Inspector: Chapters 53, 68, 71, 72, 81, 89, 93, 98, 100, 108, 117, 121, 133, 153, 157, 161, 166A, 170, 194, 195, 196 and 197 and the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
