A.
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Woodsburgh may,
by resolution, authorize the issuance of appearance tickets by one or more
public servants designated by virtue of office, title or position.
B.
Such public servants so authorized may issue such appearance
tickets for the purposes of enforcement of any statute, local law, ordinance,
rule or regulation relating to parks, parking, licensing of occupations or
businesses, fire prevention and safety, health and sanitation and building,
zoning and planning.
C.
In addition to the public servants so authorized pursuant
to this section, and such persons as otherwise may be authorized by law to
issue appearance tickets, a peace officer may issue an appearance ticket relating
to enforcement of any statute, local law, ordinance, rule or regulation affecting
the public health and welfare.
