No person, firm or entity shall permit or cause any construction or home improvement or alteration to be performed outside the confines of a building in the Village on Saturdays, Sundays, or on any other day of the week before the hour of 8:00 a.m. or after the hour of 6:00 p.m.
The prohibition of this article shall not apply in the case of any emergency or with respect to work necessary for the protection of health or safety of any person.
