The Township may charge a reasonable fee to
defray its costs in the review of earth disturbance permit applications
and plans. The applicant shall pay all such fees.
The Township shall establish a review fee schedule
by resolution of the Township Commissioners based on Skippack Township's
costs for reviewing the earth disturbance permit application and plans.
The Township shall periodically update the review fee schedule to
ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed.
The fees required by this chapter may cover:
A. Administrative/clerical costs.
B. The review of all earth disturbance permit applications
and plans by the Township and the Township Engineer and Township Planner.
C. The site inspections, including, but not limited to,
preconstruction meetings, inspections during construction of stormwater
facilities and BMPs and final inspection upon completion of the stormwater
facilities and BMPs.
D. Any additional work required to monitor and enforce
any provisions of this chapter, correct violations and assure proper
completion of stipulated remedial actions.
