[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of New Hanover 2-14-1989 by Ord. No. 1989-1. Amendments noted where applicable.]
By virtue of Chapter 110 of the Laws of New Jersey 1988,[1] there is hereby created in the Township of New Hanover the position of Chief Financial Officer.

The compensation to be paid to the Chief Financial Officer shall be such as is designated by the Township Committee in its Annual Salary Ordinance.[1]

The qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer shall be those set forth from time to time by the Legislature of the State of New Jersey.
Vacancies in said office shall be filled as provided for in the enabling legislation.
There is hereby created the position of Deputy Financial Officer, the compensation for which shall be such as is designated by the Township Committee in its Annual Salary Ordinance.[1]
