Town of West New York, NJ Chapter 62 Local Civil Defense Council

§ 62-1 Creation; composition.

There is hereby created in the Town of West New York a Local Civil Defense Council to consist of 15 residents of the Town of West New York to be appointed by the Mayor of the Town of West New York to serve for annual terms of one year, subject to reappointment at the discretion of the appointing authority.
