Editor's Note: Former Ch. 79, Building Construction, of the 1977 Code, adopted 4-27-1967 as Ord. No. 962, as amended, was superseded by the enactment of the State Uniform Construction Code Act (P.L. 1975, c. 217) and the promulgation of the state building subcode pursuant to that Act. There is hereby adopted in its entirety by the
Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York the
International Building Code 2018 (IBC NJ Edition), to be used for
the maintenance of all buildings and structures of the Town of West
New York. Said International Building Code 2018 (IBC NJ Edition) is
to be administered by the Building Inspector of the Town of West New
York.
