There is hereby adopted in its entirety by the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York the International Building Code 2018 (IBC NJ Edition), to be used for the maintenance of all buildings and structures of the Town of West New York. Said International Building Code 2018 (IBC NJ Edition) is to be administered by the Building Inspector of the Town of West New York.
