Town of West New York, NJ Chapter 145 Canopies and Awnings

§ 145-1 Projection from buildings.

Fixed or permanent awnings and canopies installed above the first story shall not project or extend more than three feet from the building.

§ 145-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided for in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, of the Code of the Town of West New York.
