There is hereby adopted in its entirety by the
Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York the
International Mechanical Code 2018, to be used for the maintenance
of all buildings and structures of the Town of West New York. Said
International Mechanical Code 2018 is to be administered by the Building
Inspector of the Town of West New York.
Three copies of said code and supplement have
been filed in the office of the Clerk of the Town of West New York,
New Jersey, and the said code and supplement is hereby adopted and
incorporated herein, as fully as though set out herein at length.
