No person, firm, corporation or entity shall sell, offer for sale, exchange or otherwise distribute the aforedescribed device known as a "kung fu medallion."

WHEREAS, the sale and use of a metal projectile device known as a "kung fu medallion" is inherently dangerous by reason of the ability of the device to cause harm, injury and disfigurement if thrown or discharged. (A picture of this device is included at the end of this chapter.) |
Now therefore, be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey, as follows: |
No person, firm, corporation or other entity shall throw, discharge, hurl or otherwise cause a kung fu projectile to be discharged at another human being or at any pet, animal or other living creature.
