§ 31-7 Term of office. The term of office for the position of the Town Clerk of the Town of Holland shall be four years.[1][1]Editor's Note: The position of Town Clerk has been combined with the position of Tax Collector; see Art. II, Tax Collector.
§ 31-8 When effective. This article shall become effective upon approval at a mandatory referendum by the electors of the Town of Holland.[1][1]Editor's Note: This article passed at referendum held 11-8-1988.
