§ 120-4 Establishment of districts.

The Town of Holland is hereby divided into the following types of districts:

R-A Rural Residential and Agriculture District
R-1 Medium-Density Residence District
R-2 Medium-Density Residence District
GB General Business District
HB Highway Business District
M Manufacturing and Industrial District

§ 120-5 Zoning Map.

Section 120-5 shall be amended by the adoption of the amended Zoning Map dated February 11, 2004, which shall set forth said districts bounded and described on the map dated February 11, 2004, entitled "Zoning Map, Town of Holland, Erie County, New York," which accompanies and which, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby made a part of this zoning chapter.

Editor's Note: The Zoning Map is included at the end of this volume.
Said Zoning Map shall show the effective date of this chapter and of each subsequent amendment to said map and shall be duly certified by the Town Clerk.

§ 120-6 Interpretation of boundaries.

A. 

District boundary lines are intended to follow property lines or the extensions thereof, right-of-way lines of street or highways or other lines located on the map by appropriate descriptions and dimensions.

B. 

Whenever it shall be unclear as to the exact location of a district boundary line, the Board of Appeals shall determine the location of such boundary line using the provisions of Subsection A and the graphic scale of the Zoning Map.

§ 120-7 Schedule of Area, Lot and Bulk Requirements.

The Schedule of Area, Lot and Bulk Requirements enclosed herein is made a part of this chapter.

Editor's Note: The Schedule of Area, Lot and Bulk Requirements is included at the end of this chapter.
The regulations included in said schedule are hereby established as minimum regulations of this chapter. Municipal facilities deemed necessary and appropriate by the Town Board are hereby exempted from such area and bulk requirements.
