The Town of Holland is hereby divided into the
following types of districts:

Manufacturing and Industrial District

Section
120-5 shall be amended by the adoption of the amended Zoning Map dated February 11, 2004, which shall set forth said districts bounded and described on the map dated February 11, 2004, entitled "Zoning Map, Town of Holland, Erie County, New York," which accompanies and which, with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby made a part of this zoning chapter. Said Zoning Map shall show the effective date of this
chapter and of each subsequent amendment to said map and shall be
duly certified by the Town Clerk.
The Schedule of Area, Lot and Bulk Requirements
enclosed herein is made a part of this chapter. The regulations included in said schedule are hereby established
as minimum regulations of this chapter. Municipal facilities deemed
necessary and appropriate by the Town Board are hereby exempted from
such area and bulk requirements.

Pursuant and in accordance with Town Law § 271, the
Town Board does hereby create a Planning Board consisting of seven
members and shall, by resolution, appoint the members of such Board
and designate the Chairman thereof. The Town Board shall exercise
the provisions of Town Law § 271 as deemed appropriate and
in the discretion of the Town Board. The Planning Board shall exercise
the provisions as provided by Town Law § 271 and as authorized
by the Town Board when appropriate.
