The use of plastic pipe for any part of the
sanitary sewer system or domestic water supply system in any structure
in the Village of Larchmont is prohibited. In roof leaders, other
stormwater pipes and underground drainage pipes for groundwater, various
samples of plastic or fiber pipe of strong and durable quality may
be submitted to the Building Inspector for approval and, if approved,
thereafter may be used in and around structures in the Village of
Larchmont.

Any person committing an offense against this
article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$250 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or to both
such fine and imprisonment. The continuation of an offense against
the provisions of this article shall constitute, for each day the
offense is continued, a separate and distinct offense hereunder.
