Any neglect, failure or refusal to comply with
any provisions of this chapter or any act contrary to this chapter
shall be deemed a violation thereof, and any person who shall so violate
any provision of this chapter, in addition to any other penalties
prescribed by law, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by
a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15
days, or both, for each offense. Each day that any violation of this
chapter shall continue shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct
violation thereof.
