No. 92-2, as amended; and Art. III, Burning of Waste, adopted 5-17-1990 by Ord. No. 90-6, as amended. Former Art. II, Refuse Transportation Code, which was retained as "(Reserved)," was repealed 9-17-1992 by Ord. No. 92-2.
