The hours of operation and admission and use
of park lands shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. each day, with
no admittance permitted at any other time, with the exception of the
tennis and basketball courts at Evergreen Park to remain open until
11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays to match the Borough of Kane curfew
hours.
All motor vehicles, motor bikes, motorcycles
and their use shall be prohibited in park lands, with the exception
that a motor vehicle may be driven into Evergreen Park for the purpose
of unloading and loading of materials or handicapped persons, at the
picnic facilities. Such motor vehicle must be removed immediately
upon completion of such loading or unloading.

A. There shall
be no soliciting, vending or hawking of wares or services permitted
in or on parklands without prior approval by Borough Council.
B. There shall
be no tobacco use in an area within 10 feet of the playground area
in Evergreen Park, in the fenced-in courts at Evergreen Park, in the
fenced-in area of Glenwood Park and in the fenced-in area of the Dawson
Street Mini Park.
All littering is strictly prohibited. All refuse
materials, cans, bottles, etc., must be placed in proper containers
or receptacles provided.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted to be
taken into, or consumed on park lands.
If any section, provision, sentence, clause
or part of this chapter shall for any reason be held unconstitutional,
illegal or invalid, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity
shall not affect or impair any of the remaining sections, provisions,
clauses or parts of this chapter.
Any person or persons convicted of violating
any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of
not more than $300.
