The purpose of this district is to provide land
suitable for a full range of both industrial and commercial activities,
while excluding residential use as being inconsistent therewith.
Uses permitted by right. Uses permitted by right include
all those permitted by right or by special exception in the I-1 Zone,
with the exception of residential uses.
Each main building, together with its accessory buildings,
shall be located on a lot having an area of at least 5,000 square
feet except for existing lots recorded by deed or plat on record at
the time of enactment of this article.
