A. 
Storage containers, trash, recycling, yard waste, discarded household items awaiting pickup or any other object placed on or near a sidewalk are prohibited from being placed on Township or state roads, Township or state rights-of-way or other public property, nor shall they interfere with the unhindered use of sidewalks.

B. 
"Storage containers," for purposes of this Article V, includes dumpsters, cargo boxes, trash receptacles, storage sheds and all other types of storage containers.
C. 
All storage containers shall be placed on the private property of the owner of the property where such storage container is being used.
