Penalty. Under § 13C of Article 25B of the
Annotated Code of Maryland, a person who fails to abate a nuisance
is guilty of a civil infraction and is subject to a fine of not less
than $25 but not exceeding $500.
B.
Each day a separate offense. Each day that a violation
continues is a separate offense.
