Unlawful deposit of waste. A person may not place,
deposit, or allow to be deposited in any unsanitary manner on public
or private property within the County, or in any area under the jurisdiction
of the County, any human or animal excrement, garbage, or objectionable
waste.

Unlawful discharge of wastewater. A person may not
discharge into any natural outlet within the County, or in any area
under the jurisdiction of the County, any wastewater or other polluted
waters, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance
with provisions of this Part 5.

Unlawful systems. Except as authorized under this
Part 5, a person may not construct or maintain any privy, privy vault,
septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the
disposal of wastewater.
A person may not maliciously, willfully, or
negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with
any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the wastewater
facilities. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to
immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
Any person violating any of the provisions or
requirements of this Part 5 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 or
to confinement in the County jail for not more than 30 days, or both,
for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate
offense.
