Penalties established.
A.
Misdemeanor; fine. A person who violates any provision of this Part 2 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense.
B.
Continuing offense. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
