Editor's Note: This ordinance also repealed former Art. II, Nondomestic Wastewater Discharges, consisting of §§ 136-2 and 136-3, adopted 5-5-1997.
The provisions of New Castle County Ordinance No. 96-138, with regard to regulation of nondomestic wastewater discharges into the public sewer system, Sections 38-266 through 38-279 are adopted in their entirety, with exception of the definitions of "county," "County Council" and "Director."
A. 
The words "county," "County Council" and "Director," as contained in the aforementioned County Ordinance, shall, where appearing, be substituted by the word "Town."
B. 
"Town" shall mean Town of Middletown, or by designation by Mayor and Council, its duly authorized representative.
