A. 
The developer shall submit one set of sanitary sewer plans for review by the Town Engineer.
B. 
The Town Engineer shall review the sanitary sewer plans and shall send a review report to the Mayor and Council with all comments.
C. 
The developer shall satisfactorily address all comments made by the Mayor and Council and the Town Engineer.
D. 
When found to be satisfactory the Town Engineer shall accept the sanitary sewer plans and shall submit a letter to the Mayor and Council accepting the plans.
A. 
Upon sanitary sewer plan approval by the Town, the developer shall submit a written request for sewer allocation. The request shall specify the number of gallons per day requested, the number and type of dwelling units, square footage of commercial and/or industrial building area.
B. 
The discharge in gallons per day shall be determined based on the following:
