All persons who use the Municipal Boat Ramp and Parking Lot in the City of Brigantine between May 15 and September 15 shall display on their boat trailers and boat a permit issued by the City of Brigantine. Such permit shall be in a form to be designated by the governing body.
There shall be no overnight parking in the Municipal Boat Ramp parking area. Users having the proper permit may park a single vehicle and trailer, space permitting, only during the daylight hours, except that parking is permitted up to two hours before daylight and two hours after dusk.
A. 
Fees shall be charged for the following types of permits, which fees are as set forth in Chapter 210, Mercantile Businesses, Article II, Fees Schedule:

(1) 
One-day permits purchased any time.
(2) 
One-week permits purchased any time.
(3) 
Permits purchased prior to June 1.
(4) 
Permits purchased on or after June 1.
B. 
Fees and charges may be waived by appropriate action of the City officials during a declared emergency.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of the terms and conditions of this article shall pay a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
