The following fees shall be paid for participation in recreation programs outlined below, conducted by the Department of Recreation and Cultural Affairs of the Township of Montclair:

B. 
Township-supported financial assistance is available based on financial need in accordance with Department guidelines. The Department requires a letter from the Board of Education stating that their child is eligible for the free or reduced lunch program. This documentation entitles families who receive a free lunch a reduction of 50%, and reduced lunch entitles a reduction of 25% in their program fees. Families or adults without Board of Education documentation must present their past year's income tax form. Calculations would be determined by the current HUD guidelines.
C. 
A processing fee of $3.50 or 10% of registration (whichever is greater) will be charged for withdrawal from a program before it starts.
D. 
A registration fee of $10 per participant will be charged to any outside agency who co-sponsors an activity with the Recreation Department. A roster also must be submitted with the payment.[1]
