In accordance with N.J.S.A. 5:8-31, entitled "Sunday; conduct of games on," games of chance shall be conducted under any license issued pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Public Laws of 1954 for the State of New Jersey on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday," the conduct of which is hereby authorized and permitted to be held on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday," limited to one Sunday per month.
