A.
The Town of Albion does hereby designate the Gaines Basin Road, so called, from the Town of Gaines line southerly to the Town of Barre line as a highway upon which snowmobile travel is permitted.
B.
The Town of Albion does hereby designate the Butts Road, so called, from Route 31 to the south bounds of the Town of Gaines as a highway upon which snowmobile travel is permitted.
Operation of snowmobiles within the Town of Albion, except as herein otherwise provided for, shall be subject to the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law of the State of New York and specifically Article 25 thereof.
The enforcement of and penalties for violation of this chapter shall be as set forth in Article 27 of the Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law of the State of New York.
