A. 
No person, firm or corporation shall suffer, permit or allow any person to sleep in a cabana, locker or cabana court between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. or to remain in or physically occupy any cabana, locker or cabana court between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m.
B. 
No person shall sleep in a cabana, locker or cabana court between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. or remain in or physically occupy any cabana, locker or cabana court between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m.

A. 
No owner of any beach club or cabana club, lessee, manager, agent, superintendent or employee of such club, association, corporation or partnership, shall permit or allow any member, guest, visitor or employee or any person to cook or use a hot plate in a cabana, locker or cabana court.
B. 
No person whether a member, guest, visitor or employee of a beach club or cabana club or any person shall cook or use a hot plate in a cabana, locker or cabana court; and no consent by anyone shall permit or allow a member, guest, visitor, employee or any person to cook or use a hot plate in a cabana, locker or cabana court.
No person whether a member, guest, visitor or employee of any beach club or cabana club, nor a resident or a nonresident of the Village of Atlantic Beach shall be permitted or allowed to sleep on any beach in the Village of Atlantic Beach, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Prohibited activities on the part of a beach or cabana club shall be the maintenance, storage or takeoffs and landing of aircraft, motor boat racing, water skiing and surfing on the waters adjacent to such beach or cabana club and other hazardous activities.
A. 
Any person or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this article, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, or who shall build or alter or use any building or land in violation of any detailed statement or plan submitted and approved hereunder, shall be guilty of a violation, punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days, or both. Each week's continued violation shall constitute a separate additional violation. The owner or owners or lessee of any building or premises, or part thereof, where anything in violation of this article shall be placed, or shall exist, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent, person or corporation employed in connection therewith, and who have assisted in the commission of any such violation, shall each be guilty of a separate offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as herein provided.

B. 
The Village of Atlantic Beach may also maintain an action or proceeding in the name of the Village of Atlantic Beach in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance or to restrain by injunction the violation of this article.
