A. 
Sketch plan. The filing of a sketch plan application pursuant to Subsection B of § 178-11 of this chapter shall be accompanied by the payment of a filing fee as set annually by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
B. 
Preliminary plat. The filing of a preliminary plat application pursuant to § 178-12 shall be accompanied by the payment of a filing fee as set annually by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
C. 
Subdivision plat. The filing of a subdivision plat application pursuant to § 178-13 shall be accompanied by a payment as follows:
(1) 
Minor (four lots or less): as set annually by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
(2) 
Major (five or more lots): as set annually by resolution of the Board of Trustees.

As specified in Subsection F of § 178-14 of this chapter, the inspection fee shall be in the amount of 6% of the cost of the required improvements as calculated by the Village Engineer. Such payment shall be made to the Village Clerk at least five days prior to commencing construction.

In addition to the fees specified in §§ 178-24, 178-25 and 178-26 of this chapter, every application for approval of a proposed subdivision of land shall be accompanied by a reasonable fee to defray the expenses incurred by the Planning Board in rendering a determination on the application.
