Performance bonds in default shall subject the subdivider to action in accordance with Subsections
F and
G of §
178-14.
In accordance with § 7-740 of the Village Law, any person or persons, jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the Planning Board concerning plat approval or the changing of the zoning regulations as stipulated in Subsection
B of §
178-29, may bring a proceeding to review in the manner provided by Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules in a court of record. Such proceeding must be commenced within 30 days after the filing of the decision in the office of the Planning Board.
Should any section or provision of these regulations,
as contained herein or as hereinafter amended, be declared by a court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect
the validity of the regulations as a whole or any part thereof other
than the part so declared to be invalid.
