The purpose of this article is to continue the
procedures for collection and enforcement of real property taxes in
the Village of New Paltz pursuant to Title 3 of Article 14 of the
Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.
Pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 602 of the
Laws of 1993, as amended by Chapter 532 of the Laws of 1994, the Village
of New Paltz hereby authorizes that the collection of real property
tax assessed and levied by the Village shall continue to be enforced
pursuant to Title 3 of Article 14 of the Real Property Tax Law, as
is in effect on December 31, 1994.
